Each of our security experts is robustly assessed at three key stages in their career as well as being monitored regularly as they perform their duties.

The first stage is the recruitment process. All our potential colleagues undergo a comprehensive interview procedure which takes into consideration not only previous experience but other key attributes including communication skills, aptitude and attitude.

Following this a series of good repute checks are carried out including CRB, reference and credit checks.

Following recruitment all our new recruits are given full training in the role. Each training programme is tailored to the individual's needs but all our employees are fully compliant with the requirements of the SIA (Security Industry Authority) License.

Specialist training is provided depending on the role they undertake and medical examinations and drug tests are scheduled as necessary.

Finally whenever we appoint a new colleague to their first field role they are accompanied by an experienced colleague. This ensures that you always benefit from the highest quality service that we have to offer and our new colleagues have the benefit of a supportive, highly capable and professional mentor.
